Best is to make your own using chicken breast, herbs, peppercorns, and salt for Phase 2 or by making mineral rich bone broth using chicken bones, vegetables, and scraps for Phase 3. When I'm in a rush, I grab Imagine or other organic broth but they are not as natural and pure.

Re: HCG Phase 2 Gourmet Recipe Chicken with Spinach Pesto

what is the best brand/type of chicken broth to buy to use with your recipes?

Re: Detox Tips for HCG Diet Phase 1 Release Toxins for Better Weight Loss Results

I don't understand, I thought phase 1 was load. Delicious and I don't feel likeI'm dieting when I have it. My Dr allows Miracle Noodles on Phase 2 so I add a 1/4 of a pack of noodles to each serving ((I make a batch of 4 servings at a time) and it makes this recipe even more filling. If you add the noodles DO NOT freeze the portions. The noodles do not reheat well from freezing.

Re: A Great Natural Health Cold and Flu Remedy/Recipe “The Brew” Thank you Aunt Carolyn :)

Also, the Zicam oral mist spray at the very first sign of a cold has been working wonders for me for several years. I work in an Emergency Department so needless to say, I am exposed daily to cold viruses, etc - but this has worked wonderfully - about 85% of the time, it avoids the development of a cold alltogether, other times, the cold is mild and only lasts about 3 days

Re: HCG Phase 2 Gourmet Recipe Chicken with Spinach Pesto

I LIVE for pesto sauce! Three doses 7 hours apart. Per Dr Julian Whitaker. It's worked 90% of the time for 15 years. He adds in 200-300 mgs of vitamin C every few hours ( lower if you break with diarrhea ) plus we add Kyolic 2-3 with the C. Plus hCG levels of water and rest. Keep up for 3 days as we've learned it can rebound w/o the C and garlic and rest. Love the brew.

Re: Chili Recipe for the HCG Diet.
